ABOUT GRANT ELEMENTARY
Grant Elementary School in Kansas City, Kansas is a proud partner of The Jegna Klub, a community organization dedicated to promoting economic independence and a positive mindset in youth. Through its innovative programs and partnerships, The Jegna Klub provides students with a comprehensive education that prepares them for success in the real world.

At Grant Elementary School, teachers and staff are working together with The Jegna Klub to provide students with the best possible education. The Jegna Klub's Economic Independence Academy (EIA) offers a hands-on, project-based curriculum that integrates real-world learning experiences with technical education and career exploration. This program is taught by industry professionals who bring their expertise and passion to the classroom, inspiring students to pursue their dreams and reach their full potential.

In addition to the EIA, The Jegna Klub also offers the Breakfast & Books Klub, which provides elementary school students with positive role models and a fun, dynamic reading experience that introduces different career fields. Through these programs, students at Grant Elementary School are exposed to a diverse range of experiences and perspectives, broadening their horizons and expanding their understanding of the world around them.

The Jegna Klub also provides wrap-around support services to students and families, connecting them with the resources they need to succeed. This includes access to mental and physical health services, financial literacy education, and more.
